KDoc

I made KDoc to streamline the process of creating documentation sites (instruction manuals, how-to reference, etc.). The functionality is not documentation specific, so it could be used for any kind of simple site. It primarily consists of a two-level menu system on the left and a clean, minimal design.

KDoc is a theme built for Kirby, a database-free CMS solution. The theme is open source and available on github.

The premise for this is to have a turnkey site that can be stood up quickly on any shared hosting service that supports Kirby's minimal platform requirements. The Kirby admin (called Panel) makes it simple to focus on writing the content. It's also easy to drag and drop images into place to help illustrate directions with screenshots or photographs.
